ReNew Home is an offering of KM Universal Group GmbH.
2. Scope
This policy applies to renew-home.ch and the contact and inquiry functions provided through the website. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where applicable in an individual case, we also take the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation into account.
3. Hosting and access data
The website is provided through Vercel. When you access the site, technically necessary data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, page accessed, referrer, browser and device information, and technical log data. This processing is used to provide the website securely, reliably and without errors and to prevent misuse.
Service provider: Vercel Inc., USA. Data may therefore be processed outside Switzerland.
4. Contact and project inquiries
If you contact us by form, email or phone, we process the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, location, message, type of inquiry, uploaded photos and related file information.
We use this data to respond to your inquiry, assess a project, prepare a quotation and manage any subsequent collaboration. We may use Resend Inc., USA, as a processor for the technical transmission of form inquiries.
Please upload only photos that are necessary for your inquiry and that do not show unnecessary personal data or identifiable people.
5. Necessary browser storage
Your choice in the privacy banner is stored locally in your browser under the key renew-consent. This allows the website to remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics and marketing services. This storage is necessary to manage your choice and, by itself, does not transmit data to us.
You can change your decision at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also clear local browser storage in your browser settings.
6. Google Analytics
If Google Analytics is technically configured and you expressly consent, this website uses Google Analytics to evaluate usage statistically. This may include page views, device and browser information, approximate location data and interactions. IP anonymisation is enabled in the website configuration.
The providers are Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and affiliated companies, in particular Google LLC, USA. Google Analytics is not loaded without your consent.
7. Meta Pixel
If Meta Pixel is technically configured and you expressly consent, page views and successful form inquiries may be measured. This information helps us assess the effectiveness of our content and advertising.
The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland; further processing by affiliated companies, in particular Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA, is possible. Meta Pixel is not loaded without your consent.
8. Recipients and processing abroad
We disclose personal data only where necessary for the stated purpose, where we are legally required to do so, or where you have consented. Recipients may include hosting, communications, analytics and IT service providers.
Some service providers process data in countries outside Switzerland. Where an adequate level of data protection is not recognised, we rely on appropriate safeguards, in particular recognised standard contractual clauses, or on a statutory exception.
9. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described, for handling an inquiry or project, and for statutory retention and documentation obligations. The data is then deleted or anonymised unless there is an obligation or legitimate reason to retain it further.
10. Your rights
Within the scope of applicable data protection law, you may in particular request information about your personal data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Where the legal requirements are met, you may also request the release or transfer of certain data and object to processing. Consent that has been granted can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Send your request to info@renew-home.ch. To prevent unauthorised disclosure, we may request proof of identity. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
11. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, completely risk-free data transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed.
12. Changes
We may update this privacy policy if the website, the services used or legal requirements change. The version published on this page at the relevant time applies.
Further company information is available in the Legal Notice.
